Key\nResponsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Manage end\-to\-end\nrecruitment for operations, sales, and support roles.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Source candidates through platforms like\nLinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, Work India, and other emerging hiring <\/span><\/span>

tools.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Specialized in Zoho Recruit and similar\nrecruitment tools for automation, pipeline tracking, and effective\ncandidate<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

management.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Coordinate interviews, selection processes,\nand offer roll outs.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Prepare structured interview questions aligned\nto each role and business needs.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Conduct weekly hiring review meetings and\nalign recruitment plans with stakeholders.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Handle payroll\ncoordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS systems.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 Maintain employee records, documentation, and\ncompliance standards.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 Support performance management processes\nincluding feedback cycles.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Plan and execute\nemployee engagement activities, team outings, and events.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture\nand employee satisfaction.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 Act as a point of contact for employee\nconcerns and grievance handling.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

4. Administrative & Travel Operations Support<\/span><\/b>

<\/b>\u2022 <\/b>Oversee office administration and facility\nmanagement.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

5. Compliance & Process Management<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

\u2022 Ensure adherence to HR\npolicies, labor laws, and company guidelines.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 Support audits by maintaining structured\ndocumentation.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span>\u2022 Drive process improvements for operational\nefficiency and cost optimization.<\/span> <\/span>

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

\u2022 Manage vendor\nlifecycle including negotiation and coordination.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams (sales,\noperations) for manpower planning.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 Maintain strong relationships with external\npartners and consultants.<\/span> <\/span>
