We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 1\u20133 years of experience, preferably in the architecture/interior design industry. The candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end recruitment for architectural, design roles.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>- Handle sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
<\/li> - Screen candidate portfolios across all typologies.
<\/li> - Manage hiring through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
<\/li> - Coordinate with hiring managers for staffing requirements.
<\/li> - Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
<\/li> - Manage offer rollout and onboarding process.
<\/li><\/ul><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
<\/li> - Experience in recruitment for architecture/interior/design firms preferred.
<\/li> - Understanding of architectural/design portfolios and hiring requirements.
