We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll support, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

\u2022\tHandle end\-to\-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring).
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tManage employee onboarding and induction.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintain employee records and HR documentation.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tProcess attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tSupport performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tHandle employee queries and resolve HR\-related issues.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tPrepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tCoordinate training and development programs.
<\/div>

\u2022\tAssist in exit formalities, full & final settlement, and documentation.
