*Job Scope for HR Recruiters*


*Key Responsibilities:*


- *Talent Acquisition*: Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing, job postings, social media, job fairs, and innovative recruitment.


- *Candidate Screening*: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.


- *Collaboration*: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates.


- *Onboarding and Hiring*: Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.


- *Administrative Tasks*: Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems and databases.


- *Employer Branding*: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, fostering positive candidate relationships and promoting our employer brand.


*Job Requirements*


- At least have 5 years experiences, preferable from F&B field.

- Have CEI will be advantage

- Strong skills in full-cycle recruitment process
