About the Role

WebBee is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage hiring across technology, product, and operations teams. The role requires someone who can independently handle end\-to\-end recruitment, proactively source candidates, and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

We are looking for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for open positions across departments
    <\/li>
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and job portals
    <\/li>
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow\-ups
    <\/li>
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
    <\/li>
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
    <\/li>
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
    <\/li>
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
    <\/li>
  • Support in improving recruitment processes and turnaround times
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements
    <\/h2>
    • 1\u20135 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
      <\/li>
    • Experience hiring for technology, product, or operations roles
      <\/li>
    • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
      <\/li>
    • Good communication and coordination skills
      <\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
      <\/li>
    • Strong ownership and execution mindset
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable working in a startup environment
