Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates

  • Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients

  • Propose and negotiate appropriate hiring strategies with targeted clientele

  • Advisory & Market Insights

  • Provide career guidance to candidates based on market trends
