HR Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter to manage our hiring process and attract top talent. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, use sourcing strategies to build talent pools, and help shape our employer brand in the market.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs<\/span>

  • Create and post job descriptions across platforms<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide regular reports on hiring metrics<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure an inclusive and bias\-free hiring process<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 1\u20134+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and online job boards
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    <\/p><\/li>
