HR Senior Lead, Business Partner
As a People Partner with a fully global remit, you will work with assigned senior leaders and people leaders in the Mobility Business Solutions organization during an exciting period of transformation. Our distributed global People Team operates in a highly collaborative environment, partnering across functions without relying on traditional hierarchy, and values agility, innovation, and excellence in delivering people strategies that drive business success.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Provide strategic business partnering across Change Management, Organization Design, Talent and Development, Succession Planning, complex Total Rewards and Employee Relations issues, and Leadership Partnering
Guide senior executives and people leaders on people strategies while coaching them to build and assimilate strong teams in the context of organizational transformation
Partner with shared service organizations (finance, legal, strategy, communications, IT) on team-specific needs and topics
Drive engagement and retention initiatives while facilitating change and building organizational capability, including developing strategies to build future-ready capabilities and mitigate regrettable talent attrition risk
Lead cultural integration efforts within the division and across the broader Mobility organization, supporting the realization of synergy savings and cost-effectiveness targets
Execute core annual people processes (Engagement, Performance, Talent, Succession, Promotions) in partnership with Shared People Organizations and the broader Global People team
Facilitate talent mobility and capability building across the Mobility ecosystem
Basic Required Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant experience in similar industries with background in consulting or HR business partnering within a matrix organization
Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred
High-level understanding of employment law across multiple jurisdictions with global remit and strong business and financial acumen
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, highly matrixed global organizations and influence without formal authority
Strong collaboration and consultative skills, comfortable engaging with experts across the organization to deliver projects and workplans
Experience working with diverse leadership styles and communicating succinctly with senior executives
Strong analytical and data visualization skills with ability to create, manipulate, and leverage complex global data dashboards
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading cultural integration initiatives within large-scale organizational transformations or merger and acquisition activities
Advanced expertise in organizational design methodologies and strategic workforce planning tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms
Proven track record in executive coaching and leadership development with experience supporting executives and senior leadership teams through complex business changes
Strong project management capabilities with experience driving cross-functional initiatives across distributed global teams and delivering measurable synergy savings or cost-effectiveness targets
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $215,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
