DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a HR Business Partner, located in Ringaskiddy, Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to make a real impact in a business going through significant transformation and change. You will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees while continuing to grow your own experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you will shape and support key people priorities, with a strong focus on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, coaching, and employee experience.

You will help leaders navigate change with confidence, manage complex people matters effectively, and create the conditions for a high-performing, engaged organization.

This role is based on site in DePuy Synthes Ringaskiddy, Cork.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, employee engagement and team effectiveness.

  • Coach managers through complex people situations and organizational change

  • Support workforce planning, organizational transitions, and broader people initiatives

  • Build trusted relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business

  • Use people insights and data to support decision making and identify trends

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently in line with employment legislation

What we’re looking for

  • Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a dynamic or evolving environment

  • Experience managing employee relations matters with professional and sound judgement

  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities

  • Collaborative, pragmatic and solutions focused approach

Required

  • An exceptional candidate has experience in HR, Employment law or related field.

  • Typically, 5-6 years of relevant professional experience in a business, operations, or functional support role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€63,300.00 - €101,315.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
