Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes related to onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, employee lifecycle events, and benefits setup.
- Prepare, validate, and facilitate the issuance of HR letters and employment-related documentation, including offer letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, experience letters, and other employee correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and provide timely inputs to payroll, benefits, compensation, and other stakeholder teams to support employee transactions and lifecycle changes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HRIS systems.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, pay, benefits, leave management, performance processes, and company guidelines through Workday Help; independently resolve queries or appropriately escalate complex issues.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Create, maintain, and update process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to enhance operational efficiency within a tiered service delivery model.
- Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in projects, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements, providing operational insights and recommendations.
- Effectively manage workload, prioritize activities based on business needs and service level commitments, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
Experience in exposure of HR operations & knowledge of HR operations processes.
Analytical & customer service oriented
Workday knowledge - mandatory
Ticketing tool experience - mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office
English level - advanced
