HR Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for both front-office and back-office positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Prepare and extend job offers and support the hiring process through successful onboarding.


HR Administration

  • Prepare and administer employment contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.
  • Administer employee leave, attendance, and absence records.
  • Collect and provide attendance, leave, and other payroll-related inputs to the payroll function.
  • Support benefits administration and employee documentation requests.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other employment-related documents.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of HR processes, policies, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the performance management cycle for back-office employees.
  • Maintain performance management documentation and records.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment effectiveness, vacancies, absenteeism, probation completion, and employee movement.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure data integrity across HR records and systems.
  • Provide HR insights and reports to support decision-making and workforce planning.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently.
  • Knowledge of Armenian labor legislation and HR documentation practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with HR data and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be considered an advantage.
