Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding their objectives and providing HR solutions to support operational goals.
- Provide guidance to managers on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Organize employee engagement activities, conduct pulse surveys, and act on feedback to improve workplace culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- Conduct periodic salary and benefits benchmarking to stay competitive in the market.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system.
- Support department heads in setting KPIs and managing employee evaluations.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies in compliance with local labor laws.
- Ensure company adherence to DOLE regulations and requirements.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Provide management with HR metrics and reports for informed decision-making.
