Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to lead digital transformation initiatives, drive HR process optimisation, and implement innovative HR technology solutions. This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experience, and support organisation-wide HR digitalisation strategies through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Technology & Digital Transformation

  • Translate business requirements into HR technology solutions, product roadmaps, and process improvement initiatives

  • Evaluate and implement HR technology tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for digital transformation within HR operations

  • Partner with stakeholders to redesign and streamline HR processes through workflow automation and self-service solutions

HR Systems & Process Optimisation

  • Lead implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of HR systems projects and digital platforms

  • Manage and improve SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Time Off, PMGM, LMS, RCM, and Reporting

  • Support AI-driven process automation and predictive analytics initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness

  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and system stability across large-scale HR databases

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop reporting frameworks and workforce analytics dashboards to support business decision-making

  • Analyse HR data trends and generate actionable insights for workforce planning and operational improvements

  • Leverage automation and analytical tools such as Power Automate and Power Query to improve reporting efficiency and process automation

Stakeholder Management & Change Management

  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to support system implementation and process transformation projects

  • Lead change management initiatives and drive user adoption of new HR technologies and digital solutions

  • Develop user training materials and conduct system training sessions for employees and stakeholders

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, HR, or related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, or related functions

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules

  • Experience in HR digital transformation, automation, AI integration, or process improvement initiatives

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Familiarity with automation and analytics tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, or RPA platforms will be advantageous

  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills

  • Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
