HR Trainee - Personnel (Full-time annual contract)
Create, update, and maintain physical and digital employee profiles (Form 1, Form 6, certificates, contracts, and national ID copies) ensuring 100% compliance with audit standards.
Draft, renew, and terminate employment contracts and amendments in accordance with legal and internal deadlines.
Handle all necessary paperwork for social insurance registration, modifications, and deregistrations, serving as a primary point of contact for external government inspectors.
Act as a helpful first point of contact for blue-collar and white-collar employees regarding internal HR policies, benefits, and labor rules.
Facilitate the personnel side of onboarding for new hires and trainees, ensuring smooth data collection and policy orientation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
Experience: Generally 1 year of hands-on experience in HR Personnel operations.
Data Tools: Strong command of MS Excel (specifically advanced formulas for data tracking, lookups, and reporting) and experience with HRIS or ERP software (like SAP).
Communication: Professional fluency in English and Arabic to manage both shop-floor employee interactions and corporate reporting.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, sharp problem-solving skills under tight deadlines, and strong conflict-resolution capabilities.
