HR Transformation Intern (Technology & Analytics)
[What the role is]
You will work at the intersection of HR and technology, supporting transformation initiatives that shape how the organisation manages and develops its people.[What you will be working on]
Your role may include the following:
Map and analyse existing HR processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, or digitalisation
Build tools and/or dashboards that give HR teams better visibility into workforce data and operational metrics
Support the design and testing of digital solutions that improve HR service delivery, such as workflow automation or self-service tools
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate them into workable technical solutions
[What we are looking for]
Areas of studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, with an interest in applying technology to solve real organisational challenges.
Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or Power Automate is useful.
You should be comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams, and able to take a problem from scoping through to a working solution.
