HR Transformation Intern (Technology & Analytics)

[What the role is]

You will work at the intersection of HR and technology, supporting transformation initiatives that shape how the organisation manages and develops its people.

[What you will be working on]

Your role may include the following:

  • Map and analyse existing HR processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, or digitalisation

  • Build tools and/or dashboards that give HR teams better visibility into workforce data and operational metrics

  • Support the design and testing of digital solutions that improve HR service delivery, such as workflow automation or self-service tools

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate them into workable technical solutions

[What we are looking for]

  • Areas of studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, with an interest in applying technology to solve real organisational challenges.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or Power Automate is useful.

  • You should be comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams, and able to take a problem from scoping through to a working solution.
