HRBP Officer
- Partner with business units to align HR strategies\nwith organizational goals and workforce needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations\n(including UU Cipta Kerja) and provide HR policy guidance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage end\-to\-end HR processes, including recruitment,\nemployee relations, performance management, and talent development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and support\ndecision\-making while maintaining effective communication and stakeholder\nrelationships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Min. Bachelor\u2019s degree (S1) in Psychology, HR\nManagement, or a related field, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of labor regulations, including the\nJob Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other work tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
