Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management & Organisation Development
Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting
Participate in talent reviews, career development and succession planning initiatives
Assist in job architecture, job levelling and organisational structure projects
Prepare and maintain job descriptions and organisation charts
- Learning & Development
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration
Coordinate employee learning programmes and training initiatives
Track training completion and maintain training records
Support learning compliance and audit requirements
- Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement programmes
Organise wellness activities, Lunch & Learn sessions and Employee Connect initiatives
Coordinate employee surveys and culture-building activities
Drive employee participation and enhance workplace experience
- HR Technology & Process Improvement
Support HRIS implementation and workforce planning tools
Drive HR automation and digital transformation initiatives
Explore AI solutions, chatbots and emerging HR technologies
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
- HR Projects & Operations
Support HR governance and approval workflows
Coordinate cross-functional HR projects
Participate in company committees and corporate events
Provide operational HR support where required
Role Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline
Experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Employee Experience
Passion for employee engagement and organisational culture
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, HR digitalisation and process automation
Experience with Canva, HRIS or Learning Management Systems will be advantageous
