Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management & Organisation Development
  • Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting

  • Participate in talent reviews, career development and succession planning initiatives

  • Assist in job architecture, job levelling and organisational structure projects

  • Prepare and maintain job descriptions and organisation charts

  • Learning & Development
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration

  • Coordinate employee learning programmes and training initiatives

  • Track training completion and maintain training records

  • Support learning compliance and audit requirements

  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programmes

  • Organise wellness activities, Lunch & Learn sessions and Employee Connect initiatives

  • Coordinate employee surveys and culture-building activities

  • Drive employee participation and enhance workplace experience

  • HR Technology & Process Improvement
  • Support HRIS implementation and workforce planning tools

  • Drive HR automation and digital transformation initiatives

  • Explore AI solutions, chatbots and emerging HR technologies

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience

  • HR Projects & Operations
  • Support HR governance and approval workflows

  • Coordinate cross-functional HR projects

  • Participate in company committees and corporate events

  • Provide operational HR support where required

Role Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline

  • Experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Management, Learning & Development or Employee Experience

  • Passion for employee engagement and organisational culture

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

  • Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, HR digitalisation and process automation

  • Experience with Canva, HRIS or Learning Management Systems will be advantageous
