Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic and operational HR functions in a fast-paced RegTech environment. You will drive workforce planning, employee relations, HR operations, and business partnering to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, HR documentation, policy implementation, and employee records maintenance
- Resolve employee relations issues by providing clear guidance on HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Oversee office administration tasks including vendor coordination, internal communications, company events, and general administrative operations
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws by maintaining confidentiality, supporting HR reporting, audits, and regulatory documentation
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, or technology-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, HR operations, and recruitment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information
