The HRIS Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, and ongoing management of HR and organizational data within the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system, as well as selected ancillary HR platforms. This role partners with HR, IT, external vendors, and system owners to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and effective integration across the HR technology ecosystem. This position is well suited for a detail‑oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working with HR data, maintaining system integrity, and supporting business users in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Support the management and maintenance of HR and organizational data in PeopleSoft, including employee job data, positions, departments, locations, and other foundational organizational structures Provide operational support for ancillary HR platforms, ensuring accurate and timely data flow to and from PeopleSoft Assist with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance activities Support change requests related to HR and organizational data by assessing impacts to configuration, integrations, and downstream systems Gather and document business requirements related to organizational and HR data and translate them into system updates or configuration needs Execute system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for PeopleSoft and ancillary platform changes; provide pre‑ and post‑go‑live support Maintain foundational PeopleSoft tables and security access related to organizational and HR data Perform routine data audits across PeopleSoft and connected platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HR data standards and policies Support HR partners with reporting, queries, and ad‑hoc data requests related to workforce and organizational data Troubleshoot data, integration, and system issues, coordinating resolution with IT teams and external vendors as needed Develop and maintain documentation for HR data standards, integrations, processes, and system updates Assist with HR data analysis and reporting to support operational needs and workforce planning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Hands‑on experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM in an HRIS, HR, or payroll environment Experience managing HR and organizational data such as departments, locations, positions, or related foundational structures Exposure to ancillary HR platforms and vendor systems; integration or data‑flow experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; PeopleSoft query/reporting experience preferred Strong sense of accountability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning At Foot Locker, we value innovation, authenticity, and integrity in all that we do. Benefits The annual base salary range is $60,000-$65,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
