HRIS & Payroll Officer

  • Maintain and enhance the implementation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including the successful deployment of the Employee Self\-Service (ESS) feature.

  • Execute payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and applicable tax regulations.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain payroll records while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all employee data.
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and Finance departments to update employee information, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
    <\/li>
  • Generate and provide accurate and up\-to\-date employee headcount and personnel data reports to support internal HR operations and management needs.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accounting Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Minimum 1\u20133 years of experience in a similar role
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficient in HRIS systems, reward management, PPh 21 (Payroll and Taxation), and relevant government regulations
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Preferably experienced in using Sunfish as the HRIS platform
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java<\/b>
