HRIS Specialist

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an HRIS Specialist to join our growing Workday Support team! In this role, you’ll provide first-level Workday support, troubleshoot HRIS tickets, maintain data integrity, assist with reporting, support system enhancements, and help improve processes across the organization. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative problem solver with strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Hiring range generally between $80,177-$99,385 per year, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an analytical role that requires complex problem solving

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with HRIS systems required, Workday experience preferred

Additional details: HRIS Specialist works off-site and requires an employee to have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps)

Pay Range:

$78,604.00 - $117,907.00
