HSE Executive - Transportation Industry
We are looking for a proactive and experienced <\/span>HSE Executive<\/span><\/b> to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across our transportation, heavy vehicle, and crane hiring operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics, lifting operations, construction, or heavy equipment industries and be capable of implementing safety standards at workshops, yards, and client sites.<\/span>

Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety briefings for drivers, crane operators, riggers, helpers, and site personnel.<\/span>
<\/li>Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and client safety requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>Inspect cranes, trailers, lifting equipment, tools, tackles, and PPE to ensure they are safe and compliant.<\/span>
<\/li>Monitor loading, unloading, transportation, and lifting operations to prevent unsafe practices.<\/span>
<\/li>Conduct regular safety inspections of workshops, yards, vehicles, and project sites.<\/span>
<\/li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.<\/span>
<\/li>Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, statutory registers, and safety checklists.<\/span>
<\/li>Ensure availability and maintenance of First Aid Kits, fire extinguishers, emergency equipment, and safety signage.<\/span>
<\/li>Conduct safety inductions, refresher training, fire drills, rescue drills, and emergency evacuation drills.<\/span>
<\/li>Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and client representatives to ensure safe execution of work.<\/span>
<\/li>Support internal, external, client, and ISO audits, and ensure timely closure of safety observations.<\/span>
<\/li>Promote a positive safety culture across all transportation and crane operations.<\/span>
