HSE Manager m/f

• Developing and executing a compliance strategy; both Honeywell HSE Management System, and regulatory requirements at the manufacturing location.
• Heavy focus on injury reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives.
• Leading the execution of the IA HSE vision and mission through deployment of the HSE ISC Management System.
• Partner with the site leadership to achieve the ISC goals and objectives.
• Ability to reduce the risk profile in by identifying gaps through self-assessment, audits and 3rd party inspections.
• Strong ability to use Honeywell Operating System/Lean Practices and Principles to develop, deploy, and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies.

• At least 8 years of progressive health, safety, and environmental experience, with increased responsibility.
• Leadership experience in managing people.
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing environment.

• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• Postgraduate (Doctorate)
• Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
• English - Advanced (C1)

Monthly gross salary from 4000 €. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications. Incentive and benefits to be part of the offer.
