HSSE Engineer - Onshore - Oil & Gas
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HSSE activities in an onshore environment;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations;
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments;
- Support operations related to material offloading and vessel interface activities;
- Promote a strong safety culture among teams and stakeholders;
- Prepare HSSE reports and performance indicators;
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective action plans.
Work Regime
- Onshore, with a schedule aligned to vessel operations and material offloading timelines;
- Days off scheduled according to operational demand and disembarkation planning.
- Degree or certification in Occupational Safety or Safety Engineering;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSSE, preferably within the oil & gas industry;
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- Mandatory certifications: CBSP and T-HUET Ca-EBS;
- Previous experience in onshore operations and interface with offshore activities is a plus.
