Hub & Logistics Coordinator (Italy)

  • You plan the filling and emptying of our mobile filters (industrial units filled with activated carbon) based on customer orders and available stock, and schedule their transport between the hub or warehouses and customers and vice versa.
  • You coordinate with transport partners and external warehouses to manage pick-ups and deliveries of filters and fresh activated carbon, adjusting plans when delays or changes occur.
  • You prepare and manage transport documents (e.g.shipping documents, delivery notes) to ensure smooth and compliant shipment.
  • You are a point of contact for operational questions from customers and internal stakeholders (e.g. the Italian internal and external sales teams, and the logistics, warehousing and waste departments in Belgium).
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or a diploma from an IstitutoTecnico Superiore.
  • You have experience in logistics, operations and/or supply chain.
  • You have a perfect knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English.
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with an ERP system is an asset.
