HUB MAINTENANCE MANAGER (CIVEO FM) & Building Nominee - Full-time

About the role

As a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the operational delivery of maintenance services across Civeo’s owned Village. Ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially effective operations aligned with Civeo FM standards.

Key responsibilities

People

  • Ensure appropriate staffing structures and rosters across all villages.
  • Lead and coach functional leads.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff.
  • Drive performance through KPIs aligned to Civeo objectives.
  • Promote a strong safety culture.
  • Foster a values-based and engaged workforce.

Customers

  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
  • Improve customer satisfaction across villages.
  • Identify growth and service improvement opportunities.

Process

  • Implement standard operating procedures across villages.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ and ISO standards.
  • Oversee asset maintenance and contractor management.
  • Support CMMS and operational systems utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Finance

  • Support hub-level budgeting.
  • Monitor financial performance and EBITDA contribution.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls.
  • Drive cost efficiency.
  1. Building Nominee- Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and licensing conditions
  • Supervise and sign off on licensed work
  • Maintain competency and regulatory knowledge
  • Escalate risks and compliance issues
  • Uphold company values and code of conduct
  • Act on behalf of the company in relation to Building Contractor’s Licence

About you

  • Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years site management experience.
  • Effective leader of safety, finance, and people.
  • Understanding of WHS and compliance frameworks.
  • QBCC Builder License Minimum Medium class license; Desirable: Open Class license
