Human Resource & Admin Executive (5-month Maternity Cover)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the company’s training materials, standard operating procedures and implement audit checks.
  • Employee engagement, spontaneous collaboration with various departments, and obtaining real-time feedback from frontline staff.
  • Employee counselling, disciplinary matters and staff enquiry.
  • End-to-end recruitment - interview, appointment letter, job offer and Induction, etc.
  • Work pass management – application, renewal, termination and updates.
  • Handle monthly attendance reports and payroll instruction.
  • Annual performance management and confirmation appraisals.
  • Employee benefits - quarterly product claims and insurance related matters.
  • HR system data administration, maintenance, report and electronic filing.
  • Other HR tasks such as certification letters, announcement, name tag, uniform, business card etc.
  • Massage Establishment License administration

Who we are looking for:

  • Possess a Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Ability to interact with employees and management professionally.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with HR software and payroll administration.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Start in mid-August 2026
