Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to business units — advising on people strategies, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for client-facing and support roles, ensuring every hire contributes meaningfully to team performance
  • Coordinate structured onboarding programmes that set new hires up for success from their very first day on the job
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end appraisal cycles
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employment documentation, and compliance filings in line with MOM regulations and internal standards
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and a clear focus on resolution and workplace harmony
  • Analyse HR data and prepare insightful workforce reports that help leadership make informed people decisions with confidence
  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement programmes, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships at all levels
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Genuine passion for talent development, people management, and recruitment
