Human Resource cum Admin Executive

Job Description:

· To assist with day-to-day operations in administrative and HR department

· To assist with manpower planning recruitment cycle (job posting, selection, arranging interviews, onboarding and off-boarding process)

· Preparing Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Employment contracts, etc.

· Process monthly payroll, leave management, medical record, attending to employee queries on all HR matters.

· Responsible for statutory submission/claims (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS pay, maternity and childcare claims)

· Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the payroll system

· Liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass issues (Process work pass applications, renewal, cancellations, etc.)

· Updating MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially change of address

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of related working experience

· Preferably Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent

· Preferably with hands-on experience of Info-tech payroll software
