Human Resource Executive

Full-Time Position

Job Scope:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
  • Process payroll inputs and liaise with Finance on salary matters
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and claims
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
  • Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (if applicable)
  • Assist in handling employee queries and HR-related matters
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in administrative support.
  • Meticulous and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Able to communicate well with employees of different profile.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a collaborative mindset.
