Human Resource Executive

Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage hiring workflows, and lead orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, handle grievances, and enforce disciplinary actions while ensuring a healthy workplace culture.

Performance & Development: Implement performance review systems and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.

Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, evaluate total rewards (like WICA insurance and plans), and administer benefits.

Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labor legislation, and maintain accurate employee records

Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.

Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and align procurement /admin/ HR with organizational goals
