HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE [PPA2-001-05]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions — from sourcing and screening through to interviewing and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to uncover manpower needs and craft targeted, results-driven recruitment strategies
  • Proactively hunt for the right talent through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referral channels
  • Lead structured candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organisational fit
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines that keep the business ahead of both current and future hiring demands
  • Manage all aspects of interview coordination, candidate communication, and end-to-end recruitment process tracking
  • Track key recruitment metrics and translate data into actionable reports that drive smarter hiring decisions
  • Champion employer branding efforts through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and meaningful candidate engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong interest in HR functions and people operations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
