Job Summary
Manage end-to-end HR functions including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, government compliance, and performance management to support organizational growth and staff retention.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll and leave accurately using Timesoft Software to ensure timely employee compensation
- Maintain and organize HR records digitally on Google Drive and in physical files for compliance and easy retrieval
- Execute recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate new employees effectively
- Manage offboarding procedures to ensure positive employee exit experiences and maintain good relations
- Develop and implement employee growth opportunities to enhance skills and career progression
- Prepare and coordinate submissions for all government-related HR matters to ensure regulatory compliance
- Source, apply for, and track government grants to maximize available funding for HR initiatives
- Administer Ministry of Manpower (MOM) passes and Letters of Consent applications to support workforce needs
- Design and lead performance appraisal exercises to evaluate and improve employee performance
- Plan and deliver monthly training sessions to build staff capabilities and meet organizational goals
- Provide professional and responsive customer service for inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned to support team and company objectives
