HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

  • Work closely with hiring managers to establish hiring needs, profile and requirements
  • Implements and monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare functions and HRIS
  • Assist in formulating policies, design and implement programs relating to HR management and HR development functions
  • Training & Development – Sourcing, coordinating and arranging suitable training programs
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management
