HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
- Work closely with hiring managers to establish hiring needs, profile and requirements
- Implements and monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance
- Responsible for compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare functions and HRIS
- Assist in formulating policies, design and implement programs relating to HR management and HR development functions
- Training & Development – Sourcing, coordinating and arranging suitable training programs
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management
