Human Resource Manager

  • Work with the Director,\nShared Services, and key executives of the Group to create and execute a human\nresource vision for the enterprise, and to identify the opportunities for\ndifferentiating and retaining capabilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Work with the Director,\nShared Services to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned\nwith the overall business strategy.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee the Human\nResources function to ensure proper alignment of the HR structure, operations,\nengagement initiatives, policies, and procedures with the corporate strategic\nobjectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain VURIN\u2019s\norganizational structure and determine appropriate methods to meet requests in\ncollaboration with requesting departments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee the development\nof the Corporate Scorecard by working with the Executive Management and\nBusiness Leads to ensure that the KPIs are accurately set and enable the\nachievement of the corporate objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitate the setting\nup of performance standards and evaluation of employees in liaison with\nBusiness Leads.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage a performance\nappraisal system that drives high performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Review and monitor HR\nrelated services to identify problem areas, reporting on risks and proposed\ncorrective actions/approaches focused at achieving organizational operational\nexcellence.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Develop, review, and\nupdate HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current, compliant with\nlegal standards, and aligned with the company\u2019s objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Communicate HR policies\nto all employees and ensure a clear understanding across the organization\nthrough regular training sessions and updates.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Assist in implementing HR\nprocesses and systems that streamline operations and improve efficiency.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure that all HR\nactivities comply with labor laws and company standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor\ntraining programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human\nresource management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Acts as a change agent in implementing the\norganizational changes required to create and sustain high performance\ncapabilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Define, implement and report on Human resources\nKPIs and metrics that represent progress against goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Report to management and provide decision\nsupport through HR metrics.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Acts as a thought leader on emerging\nhigh\-performance organizational models and technologies, articulating the\ndigital future and the enterprise's role in it internally and externally.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Education<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/u>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration/Management/Human Resources or any relevant discipline <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Master\u2019s Degree is a plus<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • A relevant professional certification is mandatory.<\/span><\/span>

      Experience<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/u>
      <\/span><\/p>

      • 10+ years in<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Human Resources Management, ideally with some independent P&L responsibilities, with at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross\-functional teams and enterprise\-wide projects and programs<\/span><\/span>
