Human Resource Officer- Sunshine Coast

- Support the\n development and implementation of HR initiatives and\n systems to streamline HR processes, including recruitment,\n contracting, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training,\n performance management.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> <\/span>- Provide counseling on\n policies and procedures relating to HR<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n <\/span>- \n Be actively involved in\n recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and\n managing the hiring process through to second interview\n including conducting qualifying interviews and testing<\/span>\n \n
<\/span><\/li> \n <\/span>- Develop\n training and development programs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n <\/span>- \n Assist in performance\n management processes<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> <\/span>- Support the management of\n disciplinary and grievance issues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> <\/span>- Maintain employee records\n according to policy and legal requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n <\/span>- \n Review employment and\n working conditions and rates to ensure legal compliance.<\/span>\n \n
<\/span><\/li> \n <\/span>- Work\n with the intake and asset management to ensure all employee\n needs are met from an access and equipment\n perspective<\/span> \n
<\/span><\/li> \n <\/span>- Work\n with compliance to ensure all NDIS regulations are met from\n an employee management perspective<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- \n
- Experience in an\n HR officer, administrator or other HR\n position<\/span> \n
<\/span><\/li> \n <\/span>- Knowledge of HR functions (pay &\n benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)<\/span>\n \n
<\/span><\/li> \n <\/span>- Understanding of labour laws and\n disciplinary procedures<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> <\/span>- Proficient in MS\n Office<\/span> \n
<\/span><\/li> \n <\/span>- Outstanding organizational and\n time\-management abilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> <\/span>- Excellent communication\n and interpersonal skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> <\/span>- Problem\-solving and\n decision\-making aptitude<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> <\/span>- Strong ethics and\n reliability<\/span> \n
<\/span><\/li> \n <\/span>- BSc/BA\n in business administration, social studies or relevant\n field; further training will be a plus<\/span>
