HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to management at the head office to ensure smooth daily operations
- Update ISO manuals and manage audit processes, certificate renewals, documentation, and filing to maintain compliance
- Manage company and builder licensing applications and renewals to ensure regulatory adherence
- Coordinate and submit surveys and reports to BCA, MOM, and other relevant authorities to meet statutory requirements
- Oversee workers’ work permit matters, prepare monthly salary calculations, arrange worker training and courses, and handle related worker affairs to support workforce management
- Manage office IT systems and liaise with external IT support to maintain operational efficiency
- Maintain and update the company profile to reflect current business information accurately
- Assist in organizing staff welfare programs, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and other company activities to enhance employee engagement
- Arrange business travel for staff, including visa applications, accommodation, and airline bookings to facilitate smooth travel logistics
- Coordinate company vehicle matters and scheduling to support transportation needs
- Monitor and update staff leave records, medical claims, and recruitment activities to ensure accurate HR administration
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Directors to support organizational needs
