\u2022 1 \- 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Digital, Media or Creative Agency environments
\u2022 Strong exposure to Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Retention, or People Growth initiatives
\u2022 Someone who has worked closely with growing and scaling teams
\u2022 Mature, empathetic, approachable, and people\-oriented personality
\u2022 Strong communication and relationship management skills
\u2022 Ability to handle employee conversations with sensitivity and professionalism
\u2022 Highly organized with strong ownership and execution abilities
\u2022 Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast\-paced, and evolving environment
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools/platforms<\/span>
