Human Resources Assistant - Projects (Temp)

JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Assistant – Projects provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on digitising and organising employee records. This role ensures the accurate management, storage, and accessibility of employee data within SharePoint, supporting HR operational efficiency and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Scan, digitise, and upload employee records and documentation to SharePoint in accordance with established filing protocols.

· Ensure all uploaded documents are accurately labeled, categorised, and securely stored.

· Sort, organise, and maintain physical employee files to ensure consistency and ease of retrieval.

· Verify the completeness and accuracy of employee records during the digitisation process.

· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information at all times.

· Assist with file audits and data clean-up initiatives as required.

· Support HR projects related to records management and process improvement.

· Collaborate with HR team members to ensure proper documentation standards are upheld.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Associate degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience is an asset

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint and Excel
