Human Resources Assistant

(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
You will be responsible for:
assisting in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensure relevant documents are kept up-to-date;
supporting HR projects end-to-end, including idea generation, data collection, coordination with stakeholders and status tracking, to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements are met;
assisting with continuous improvement of HR operational effectiveness and enrichment of employees’ experience by gathering feedback and proposing process enhancements for HR workflows;
supporting the development and execution of employer branding initiatives across various channels, including job boards, social media, job fairs, career expo, staff activities and other relevant platforms;
supporting hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Team in resourcing activities, exploring new recruitment channels, conducting market research and benchmark, preparing salary proposals, handling offer and negotiations;
assisting in compiling HR related statistics and reports; and
participating in ad hoc HR projects and performing any other duties as assigned by the Authority.
You should:
possess a recognised university degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines;
preferably have 1 year of all-rounded HR generalist experience, preferably with sizable organisations;
demonstrate good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations;
be a good team player who is detail minded, flexible, proactive with positive thinking;
possess good communication, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;
be proficiency in MS Office (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Form and Acrobat); and
possess excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
