The HR Associate supports the full employee lifecycle by providing HR and talent acquisition support across the organization. This role is responsible for recruiting and onboarding employees, administering HR programs and policies, maintaining employee records, supporting employee relations matters in partnership with the HRBP, assist with benefit enrollment and reporting and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage in partnership with HRBP end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer administration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding activities

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes in partnership with other HR team members

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

  • Assist HRBP with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR communications

  • Assist with benefits enrollment and administration

  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and audits as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course preferred; or has at least completed 2 years in college

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, HR or administrative support role preferably from BPO/Shared Services Industry required

  • Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems strongly preferred

  • Workday Experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
