Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, serving as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful candidate will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership:
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
    • Provide strategic input on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
    • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
    • Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure a high-performance culture.
    • Facilitate onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
    • Drive the continuous improvement of performance management processes and tools.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Work with the compensation team to analyze market data and ensure competitive salary structures.
    • Manage and oversee employee benefits programs to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  6. Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
  7. Government Relations:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies.
    • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and labor laws.
    • Manage the process for obtaining and renewing necessary licenses, permits, and visas.
    • Stay informed on changes in government policies and regulations that may impact the company.
    • Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with government officials.
  8. HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
    • Prepare and analyze reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  9. Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration, or a related field,
  • CIPD / MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
