Human Resources Business Partner-Junior

The Junior HR Business Partner (Junior HRBP) acts as a foundational liaison between HR and assigned business segments or functional teams within the global shared services hub. This role blends operational execution with consultative support, assisting senior HR leadership in implementing talent strategies, managing employee relations, and driving data-informed HR solutions.

  • Business Alignment & Support: Partner directly with front-line managers to understand team objectives, providing operational HR guidance that aligns with the corporate values.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Assist in facilitating conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in full compliance with Philippine labor laws.

  • Performance Management Support: Help execute annual performance cycles, tracking completion rates, supporting managers with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and maintaining documentation.

  • Talent Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires and facilitate smooth internal movements, promotions, and offboarding workflows.

  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and build reports out of Workday to track key HR metrics (such as headcount trends, attrition, and time-to-fill analytics) to present actionable insights to HR leadership.

  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a shared services, BPO, or global corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Tier-1 HRIS platforms (experience with Workday is highly advantageous); strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong baseline knowledge of Philippine Labor Code; exceptional communication skills; ability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
