Key Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative duties
- Process Work Permit (WP), S Pass (SP), and Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals
- Liaise with MOM, ICA, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government authorities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data
- Assist in payroll processing, overtime calculations, and claims submission
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, and HR correspondence
- Monitor work pass expiry, medical check-ups, and training certificates
- Coordinate staff welfare, dormitory arrangements, and transportation matters
- Support recruitment activities including posting advertisements, arranging interviews, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore Employment Act requirements
- Handle insurance claims, medical claims, and staff leave administration
- Support HR projects and any ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience preferred
- Construction industry experience will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and work pass procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with payroll systems is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
