Human Resources Intern

Join our HR team as an Intern for a 6-month placement and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support daily HR operations while contributing to key administrative activities and system-related projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and gain in-depth insight into the HR function. Main responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations
  • Manage and update employee data in HR systems
  • Support the implementation of new HR platforms
  • Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of HR records
  • Handle administrative tasks related to employee management
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects and team initiatives
  • Be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a Business School degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Seek a first professional experience in HR
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Show discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus
