  • Training & Development: Organize and coordinate training programs for technical and non\-technical teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Employee Relations: Support a positive work culture by addressing concerns and assisting with conflict resolution.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Performance Management: Help coordinate evaluations, compile feedback, and monitor performance goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to support operational and HR needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • MBA, Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      <\/span><\/span><\/li>

    • Proficient in using MS Office and HR software tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
