We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance across our operations.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
* 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
* Experience in Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industries
* Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are an advantage
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
