We\u2019re Hiring an HR Manager to handle end\-to\-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement while supporting business growth.

<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Manage end\-to\-end HR operations and HR strategy
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Handle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Oversee payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Implement performance management systems, appraisals, and career development plans
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support training and development programs
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR systems (HRMS)
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Provide HR insights and reports to support management and business decision\-making

<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication and leadership skills<\/span>
