We\u2019re Hiring an HR Manager to handle end\-to\-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Manage end\-to\-end HR operations and HR strategy
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Handle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Implement performance management systems, appraisals, and career development plans
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support training and development programs
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR systems (HRMS)
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Provide HR insights and reports to support management and business decision\-making
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    • MBA / Master\u2019s in HR or related field<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 2+ years of experience in end\-to\-end HR management<\/span>

    • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliances<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information<\/span>
