HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANGEMENT GROUP, LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. You will provide expert technical consultancy on labor and employee related matters such as performance, conduct, discipline, adverse actions, grievances, and appeals.

You will advise management and employees on investigations and resolution of grievances and appeals, and other actions for and to the United States Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).

You will develop disciplinary actions and evidence files on behalf of management.

You will prepare briefings for the Command on a broad scope of labor and employee related topics such as management investigations, handling performance and conduct concerns, and implementing discipline.
