You will partner with Fulfillment Center leadership to build a high\-performing team from the ground up, and act as the General Administration (GA) Lead for our Toronto office, ensuring all HR practices are not only world\-class but fully compliant with Canadian federal and provincial regulations, and managing the day\-to\-day administrative needs that keep both the office and the warehouse running smoothly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Essential Job Responsibility:<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Qualification and Requirement<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Bachelor\u2019s degree or above<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience: 3\u20135 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Ontario Labor Law (ESA) and Safety (OHSA).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Bilingualism: Professional\-level communication in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is a must for HQ reporting and local management.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
